Restrictions:

Events limited to 30 guests; sales period 15 September–1 June; minimum rental period of 3 days / 2 nights; venue is intended for events. A marquee can be arranged in case of bad weather.

An exclusive Beach House in Poreč located directly by the sea, with direct beach access, a private infinity pool, jacuzzi, saunas and a luxurious villa accommodating up to 12 guests. The venue is designed for smaller, private weddings and events of up to 30 guests, with the possibility of arranging catering, dinners, cocktails and party programs. Guests can stay at nearby hotels in the Pical zone, including Pical Resort, Marea Suites and Valamar Parentino.
